Legal & Compliance
Official documentation governing the MedSwift Clinical Pharma Network.
Privacy Policy
At MedSwift, we take the privacy and security of our clinical network participants very seriously. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data within our pharmaceutical ledger ecosystem.
1. Data Collection and Usage
We collect decentralized identity (DID) metadata, clinical audit logs, and anonymized verification telemetry. This data is strictly utilized for maintaining the integrity of the pharma ledger and ensuring zero-latency verification processes across network nodes.
2. Information Sharing
MedSwift operates on a closed-access protocol. We do not sell, rent, or trade participant data. Audit trails are exclusively shared with authorized regulatory bodies via zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs), ensuring compliance without exposing sensitive clinical IP.
3. Data Security
All network traffic and ledger transactions are secured using AES-256 and post-quantum cryptographic standards. Our offline-first architecture ensures that even in restricted environments, your data remains encrypted at rest and in transit.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MedSwift Clinical Pharma Network. By accessing your node, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Network Access
MedSwift is an exclusive, closed-access network. Node access is granted strictly to verified pharmaceutical institutions, clinical researchers, and regulatory bodies. You are responsible for safeguarding your multi-factor identity credentials.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the ledger strictly for clinical verification, supply chain tracking, and audit synthesis. Any attempt to inject false telemetry, execute Sybil attacks, or reverse-engineer the ledger consensus mechanism will result in immediate node termination and legal action.
3. Limitation of Liability
While MedSwift provides real-time data processing and verification, we are not liable for clinical outcomes or pharmaceutical efficacy derived from network data. The ledger acts as an immutable source of truth for the supply chain, not as diagnostic software.
Regulatory Compliance
MedSwift is engineered from the ground up to exceed global regulatory standards for healthcare and pharmaceutical data management.
HIPAA & GDPR
Full adherence to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and the General Data Protection Regulation. Patient-identifiable data never touches the ledger.
FDA 21 CFR Part 11
Our automated auditing and electronic signature protocols fully satisfy FDA requirements for electronic records and signatures.
DSCSA
Built to support the Drug Supply Chain Security Act by providing an interoperable, electronic system to identify and trace prescription drugs.
ISO 27001
Our infrastructure and operational processes are certified against ISO/IEC 27001 standards for information security management.
